The new team has led technology, digital, and innovation functions at Capital One, Silicon Valley Bank, KeyBank, GM Financial, and Goldman Sachs, the kinds of regulated institutions PerceptaCore is designed to serve.

Herle began her 25-year career as a software engineer at Capital One, where she spent 17 years leading technology transformations. As a Divisional CIO of Silicon Valley Bank, she built a 1,000-person global technology organization and delivered the digital banking, onboarding, and payments platforms that supported the bank's growth from $70 billion to more than $250 billion in deposits. Most recently, she served as Global CIO of GM Financial, leading a 2,000-person organization with a budget exceeding $500 million.

He has also held roles at Google, Goldman Sachs, and Capital One, and served as interim CEO of Nucleus Finance and Atomic Capital.

Gupta is a board member and former CIO with more than 35 years of experience leading technology transformation in regulated industries. He has served as Chief Innovation and Digital Officer at Toyota Financial Services and EVP and CIO at KeyBank, and is a CIO Hall of Fame inductee.
