Rebuild Regen Medical Clinic has opened a physician-supervised medical practice at 3320 N Federal Hwy, Suite 101. The clinic is led by Medical Director Dr. Cedric Emden Davis II, MD, and it focuses on regenerative medicine, hormone care, and non-surgical approaches to musculoskeletal and nerve pain.
Dr. Davis is a Florida-licensed physician (license ME108693) with nearly two decades of clinical experience in outpatient and hospital settings. He oversees the clinic's clinical protocols, including all stem cell and other biologic procedures, which are performed under physician supervision.
"Our aim in opening the clinic was to make the first visit about diagnosis," said Dr. Davis. "Patients start with an evaluation and appropriate testing, and any recommendation follows from what that work shows."

The clinic also offers a structured program for chronic soft-tissue pain, combining shockwave therapy with therapeutic ultrasound over a six-week course of twelve visits. Its neuropathy care begins with an evaluation of the likely cause of a patient's nerve symptoms before any treatment is planned.
Hormone and peptide care at the clinic follows the same sequence of evaluation first. Patients considering hormone or testosterone replacement complete blood work before a plan is written, and follow-up testing is used to review whether a plan should continue, change, or stop.
The practice is one of five separately operated Rebuild practices that share a single medical building, each with its own suite, phone line, and scope of care.
