Before his current position, Mr. Honka served as an assurance partner at a Top 40 national public accounting firm, where he founded the New York City office and specialized in alternative investment funds from 2017 to 2024. His expertise in complex financial operations helped guide the firm's clients through challenges and opportunities.
Mr. Honka also worked as a director at EisnerAmper LLP from 2008 to 2015. There, he developed financial strategies for large clients. Earlier in his career, Mr. Honka refined his audit and financial reporting skills via leadership roles at McGladrey & Pullen, Goldstein Golub Kessler and other firms. "I was able to leverage my network and experience to advise and guide many organizations through major transitions," he says.
