(“United Homes” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: UHG) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired United Homes securities between May 19, 2025, and February 22, 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
