Ms. Kothari brings 25 years of executive leadership experience across the residential and commercial services sectors, including over two decades at private equity-backed businesses. Recognized for her leadership acumen and people-first approach, she has a proven track record of executing buy-and-build strategies and scaling businesses through organic growth and acquisitions. Most recently, Ms. Kothari served as President and Chief Executive Officer of INTACT Property Restoration, a leading full-service residential and commercial property restoration and reconstruction services company, where she currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Prior to this, Ms. Kothari served as the Chief Executive Officer of My Alarm Center for nearly 20 years and was a member of the Board at Alert 360. She is also a member of the Board at Elevate Fence Partners and sits on the Board of Trustees at American University.
