Four honored for work in commercial litigation, corporate law and other practice areas

Three name partners with Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger LLP have earned repeat recognition on The Best Lawyers in America legal guide, with a fourth firm lawyer included in the companion guide to up-and-coming attorneys.

Partners David Bissinger, Jason Williams and John Strasburger were each honored for excellence in commercial litigation. Mr. Strasburger also was recognized for his bankruptcy litigation, and mass tort litigation/class actions defense work. Associate Ross Smith was named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for his accomplishments in corporate law.

Mr. Bissinger, who has been included in the Best Lawyers guide since 2020, handles cases involving corporate fiduciary and governance, trade secrets, noncompete agreements and executive compensation, energy and real estate and commercial real estate and banking, among other topics.
