The SaaS data protection platform also earned a Cloud Computing Security Excellence Award from TMC and Cloud Computing Magazine this month

Keepit, a global SaaS data protection provider, today announced it has won four categories at the Top Infosec Innovator 2026 awards, presented by Cyber Defense Magazine. Keepit was named winner in:

  • “Visionary AI Cybersecurity.”
  • “Market Innovator AI Security and Compliance.”
  • “The Most Promising AI Security and Governance.”
  • “Trailblazing Cyber Resilience.”

The wins follow Keepit’s recognition at the Cloud Computing Security Excellence Awards from TMC and Cloud Computing Magazine earlier this month, cementing Keepit's position as a leading company for SaaS data protection in an era where AI needs a trusted data foundation.

“Keepit is enabling companies to secure their data through an independent backup and recovery platform,” said Gary S. Miliefsky, publisher of Cyber Defense Magazine. “In the age of AI, having a single point of truth to refer to in cases of data loss or corruption is not only important — it’s fundamental.”

Giving AI a verified data foundation

The Keepit platform protects 18 SaaS applications, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and more. Built for the cloud, the platform is designed for usability, security, and scalability as companies move business-critical data into the cloud and deploy AI agents.

In August, Keepit introduced AI Truth Cloud, the next evolution of its platform: moving from passive backup to a proactive trust fabric for verified, governed, and sovereign data.

“These awards showcase how Keepit was built for the AI era,” said Michele Hayes, CMO at Keepit. “As companies deploy AI agents, an independent, immutable copy of their data gives them a known-good state to recover to if they notice discrepancies in their data or come under attack.”
