AI-native platform connects commercial real estate borrowers with lenders across bridge, DSCR, fix-and-flip, construction, and multifamily financing

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / June 17, 2026 / YieldStack, an AI-native commercial mortgage brokerage, today announced the public launch of its AI lender-matching platform for commercial real estate financing. The platform facilitates access to commercial real estate loans ranging from $50,000 to $1 billion, spanning bridge loans, DSCR loans, fix-and-flip loans, construction loans, and permanent financing.

The platform is designed to help streamline the traditionally manual commercial mortgage process by connecting borrowers with potential financing options from a nationwide network of private and institutional lenders.

Many small to mid-sized multifamily property owners-particularly those with 5-20 unit buildings-often fall between traditional lending categories, where transactions may involve manual outreach, fragmented pricing, and extended timelines to receive financing options.

"Commercial mortgage brokerage has historically relied on manual outreach and fragmented communication," said Daniel Chesney, Co-Founder & CEO of YieldStack, whose background spans real estate investment banking and private credit. "We built a system designed to improve lender discovery by matching borrowers with lenders based on relevant deal criteria, helping surface more structured and comparable financing options."

YieldStack's AI matching engine evaluates more than 60 deal attributes, including property type, geography, unit count, leverage, sponsor profile, and loan structure. The system then routes opportunities to lenders whose stated lending criteria align with the transaction profile.

The company reports that many transactions receive multiple lender responses within a short timeframe after submission, allowing borrowers to review and compare financing options more efficiently.

Borrowers do not pay upfront fees. YieldStack generates revenue through a success-based fee upon completed transactions.

"Underwriting data in commercial real estate is structured enough that AI can help improve matching efficiency between borrowers and lenders," said Rommin Adl, Co-Founder & CTO of YieldStack, who has worked on AI systems in financial services and was an early contributor to OpenAI's evaluation frameworks. "Our goal is to reduce friction in how deals are introduced to the right capital sources."

YieldStack also provides a free educational resource library on commercial real estate financing, available at https://yieldstack.ai/blog, featuring guides on loan structures, underwriting metrics, and lender selection.
