A Robust and Ongoing Education
Mr. Kalustyan's journey began with an academic background that would serve him well throughout his career. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Susquehanna University, then a Master of Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University. Later in his career, he completed coursework in executive education in business strategy and value creation at the London School of Business, as well as coursework in executive education and personal leadership insights at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
A Long and Illustrious Career
After earning an MBA, Mr. Kalustyan became an individual contributor in sales at various fortune 500 technology companies including IBM, Wang and Amdahl, before shifting to work at Arthur Andersen. He then transitioned to regional sales leader at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). He worked his way up the ranks to become a managing director and client executive. In 2007, he joined Fiserv.
Mr. Kalustyan held several leadership positions at Fiserv, serving as a corporate senior vice president and managing partner before becoming senior vice president and general manager of Fiserv's public sector financial services organization until he was recruited to Oracle. At Oracle he was group vice president and general manager and accelerated the company's public sector consulting business toward cloud technology.
Mr. Kalustyan applied his skills in cloud operations at Rackspace and rehabilitated a distressed public sector division - Rackspace Government Services. He later created his own company Point North Advisors and served in the role of senior vice president and strategic adviser for the public sector at Transitional Data Services (his client) and then returned to Fiserv for a year, serving as vice president of strategy and relationship management within the financial services space.
In addition to his primary endeavors, Mr. Kalustyan founded Point North Advisors as a business platform to provide advisory services, an investment vehicle for early-stage business concepts and a legal entity for future entrepreneurial endeavors.

Stretch Zone employs certified and trained practitioners with proprietary methodology and patented strapping systems to help members improve mobility, flexibility, and simply feel better.
