READING, Pa., Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TIMAC AGRO USA is introducing the first new visual identity for its liquid biostimulant portfolio in 20 years, rebranding updated packaging designed to create a more recognizable and consistent TIMAC AGRO brand presence.

The refresh brings new logos, colors and packaging to MAXIFRUIT and the FERTIACTYL® line. It also rebrands visuals and renames the FERTILEADER® line to SEACTIV®, reflecting the technology at the heart of FERTILEADER’s trusted legacy. While the product names and visual presentation are evolving, no changes have been made to how the products are formulated or manufactured.

“By creating a stronger visual connection across our portfolio, we are making it easier for customers to recognize the products they already trust as part of the TIMAC AGRO family,” said Stephanie Vrakas Bagshaw, CEO of TIMAC AGRO USA. “This evolution also places greater emphasis on the technologies behind our solutions while preserving the formulations and agronomic benefits growers rely on.”

The new packaging incorporates a consistent TIMAC AGRO blue band and its white leaf icon and logotype, creating a unified design system across the portfolio. Jugs will gradually change from gray to beige and feature blue caps. The result is a consistent TIMAC AGRO identity while preserving the recognizable character of each product and technology.

The liquid portfolio refresh follows branding updates introduced earlier in 2026 for TIMAC AGRO USA’s granular fertilizer lines. Together, the changes more closely align the U.S. portfolio with TIMAC AGRO’s global visual identity.

New Look for TIMAC AGRO USA Biostimulant Portfolio

New Look. Same Proven Formulas.

The brand refresh includes:

  • An updated logo, colors and packaging for MAXIFRUIT. The product logo changes from the green leaf to a maroon flower bud, representing flourishing growth.
  • Updated product logos and packaging for FERTIACTYL® line, including its FERTIACTYL® GZ, FERTIACTYL® Record and FERTIACTYL® RhiZn. The logo changes from the TIMAC AGRO leaf to a molecular structure representing the patented GZA technology of the FERTIACTYL® line.

New Name. New Look. Same Proven Formulas.

The rebranding for FERTILEADER® to become SEACTIV® includes:

  • A new name, logo, colors, and visual identity to represent the SEACTIV® portfolio, which includes SEACTIV® Axis, SEACTIV® Copper, SEACTIV® Elite and SEACTIV® Gold. The logo transitions from the familiar green leaf to an aqua seaweed icon, representing the marine source of SEACTIV® technology.

SEACTIV® has long been the technology behind these FERTILEADER® products. Bringing SEACTIV® forward as the portfolio name creates a clearer, technology-centered identity while carrying FERTILEADER’s established reputation and trusted performance into its next chapter.

The updated packaging will gradually appear in the U.S. market through normal inventory rotation, helping ensure customers continue to receive fresh product as existing inventory is sold and products transition to the new visual identity. Growers, retailers and dealers may see both packaging versions during this phased rollout. Regardless of which packaging customers receive, the formulations, guaranteed analyses, application rates, recommended uses and agronomic performance and benefits remain the same.

Advancing Innovation in Plant Nutrition

“This is more than a packaging update, it is an opportunity to present our products with greater clarity, consistency and connection to the TIMAC AGRO brand,” Vrakas Bagshaw said. “As agriculture continues to evolve, we remain focused on helping our customers address emerging challenges through proven technologies, local expertise and solutions designed for productive, sustainable agriculture.”

Founded in 1959, TIMAC AGRO has more than 65 years of experience developing innovative solutions for soil nutrition, plant nutrition, biostimulation and animal production. The company combines scientific research, proprietary technologies and local agronomic expertise to develop solutions adapted to the needs of individual crops, soils and growers.

TIMAC AGRO offers a wide range of technologies but also diligently works with growers and universities to create tailored nutrition programs for emerging, diverse needs of crops across the country.
