Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC), the low power programmable leader, today announced it was recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace in the Greater Bay Area by Axios. Lattice won the award based on direct employee survey feedback measuring the employee experience, including employees feeling ‘Respected & Supported’, ‘Enabled to Grow’, and ‘Empowered to Execute’, to name a few.

"We are proud to be named a 2026 Top Workplace in the Greater Bay Area, one of the world's most dynamic technology hubs," said Ford Tamer, Chief Executive Officer at Lattice. "This recognition is a reflection of our team and the great culture we are building together, where every employee feels empowered and inspired to do their best work. Congratulations and thank you to the entire Lattice team for making Lattice a place where people truly want to work."

The Top Workplaces program celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures, with over 30 million employees surveyed across more than 80,000 organizations to date. Companies recognized by the program are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage.
