Allvia Acquires HR Pals to Expand its National Workforce Services Platform

Allvia, a workforce services platform backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, today announced its acquisition of HR Pals, a leading provider of outsourced HR administration and employee support services for employers of all sizes. Building on Allvia’s founding partnership with Melita Group, this investment further advances the strategy to develop a scaled, integrated platform providing HR administration, benefits administration, and workforce strategy solutions.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, HR Pals delivers fully managed HR outsourcing designed to function as an extension of clients’ internal teams. The company serves organizations nationally across HR compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and strategic HR advisory. HR Pals has been recognized for four consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies and was recently named as one of America’s Best Workplaces by Best Companies Group.

“Rob and Jamie have built an exceptional business defined by high-touch service, deep expertise, and a people-first culture that closely mirrors our own,” said Fred Pettijohn, CEO of Allvia. “As employers face increasing complexity across HR, compliance, and workforce management, HR Pals strengthens our ability to deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions across the full employee lifecycle. This is exactly the kind of partnership we envisioned when we set out to build Allvia."

Together, Allvia and HR Pals are well-positioned to support organizations with more comprehensive, technology-enabled services, including administration, benefits management, compliance support, and employee relations, that improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience.

“We built HR Pals on the belief that all organizations deserve access to the same quality of HR expertise as the largest companies,” said Rob Shneer and Jamie Yang, Co-Founders and Managing Partners of HR Pals. “Joining Allvia offers the resources and support to extend that mission further, while preserving the culture and client-first approach that has defined our work from the start. We are excited about what this partnership means for our clients, our team, and the future of HR Pals.”

Allvia is actively seeking partnerships with complementary companies across the United States. For more information, visit www.allvia.com.
