Air Force Office of Energy Assurance Honors Infinitum with Certificate of Outstanding Achievement

Infinitum presented with prestigious Certificate of Outstanding Achievement for its Aircore EC motor system

Infinitum, creator of the breakthrough air-core motor, today announced its Aircore EC motor system has been honored with a certificate of outstanding achievement by the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance in recognition of its scientific endeavor in energy innovation.

Infinitum was presented the award due to the Aircore EC motor system’s efficiency gains, reduction in raw materials and noise, modular design and ability to reduce power consumption across a wide range of industries. Variable speed motors in HVAC systems are able to cut annual power costs by an average of 4%, but with advancements in motors like the Aircore EC, industries are seeing an impressive 20% energy savings.

“While the development of workhorse motors advances, Infinitum has been making dramatic improvements,” said Kirk Phillips, Director of Air Force Office of Energy Assurance. “We are pleased to see significant steps made in reducing power consumption from such a common device.”

“At Infinitum we’re not just building motors — we’re revolutionizing responsible energy consumption while benefiting customers’ bottom lines. Our Aircore EC motor system is fostering energy cost savings in data centers, mission-critical buildings and industrial facilities, while opening opportunities for business growth,” said Ben Schuler, founder and CEO, Infinitum. “The entire Infinitum team is honored to be recognized for our work in creating an innovative motor system that is changing how multiple sectors power their operations more responsibly.”
