Before joining Aalyria, Hedden served as Chief Operating Officer at Comtech Telecommunications Corp., where she led major global initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and boost growth. Throughout her career, including senior roles at Leidos, L3Harris Technologies, and BAE Systems, Hedden has demonstrated a talent for developing high-performance teams and implementing transformative business strategies.
