COIN Investors Have Opportunity to Join Coinbase Global, Inc. Fraud Investigation with the Schall Law Firm

The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Coinbase Global, Inc. (“Coinbase” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: COIN) for violations of the securities laws.

The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Coinbase is the subject of a press release issued by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") announcing it had fined the Company’s UK unit, CB Payments Limited ("CBPL"), about $4.5 million "for repeatedly breaching a requirement that prevented the firm from offering services to high-risk customers." The UK financial regulator noted that "the breaches were the result of CBPL's lack of due skill, care and diligence in the design, testing, implementation and monitoring of the controls put in place" that would prevent such breaches.
