FEATURED WORKSHOP - Introducing Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment (EBiT)

PETERSBURG, FL AND TAMPA, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 2, 2025 / On Sunday, September 7, 2025, attendees of Wellness & Wonder: An Afternoon of Art, Healing, and Empowerment will have the rare opportunity to explore the next evolution of mental health care for autistic and neurodivergent individuals through an in-depth workshop titled:

Introducing Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment (EBiT): A New Model of Care

Developed by Dr. Angela Fisher, founder of Bionic Bloom and the Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute (NEI), EBiT offers an alternative to traditional behavioral interventions like ABA, shifting the focus from compliance and correction to autonomy, embodiment, and celebration of difference.

This live workshop will break down:

• The core philosophy of EBiT: Validate, Accept, Nurture

• Its multimodal framework, which includes expressive arts, somatic therapy, sensory integration, psychoeducation, and oxytocin-informed care

• Real-life outcomes from NEI's clinical trials and IOP programs

• Why EBiT is especially effective for individuals with co-occurring ADHD, OCD, trauma, and alexithymia

• How parents, educators, clinicians, and clients can begin implementing EBiT principles today
