WARRINGTON, UK - May 23rd, 2026 - Resulting IT, an independent SAP consultancy, has launched two agentic AI tools (S4SensAI and ABAPBanZAI) that together deliver a 59% cost-weighted reduction in SAP programme effort, offering organizations a faster and less expensive alternative to traditional Systems Integrator-led S/4HANA delivery.
The tools underpin what Resulting IT CEO, Stuart Browne describes as Deshoring – a new delivery model in which agentic AI consultants work alongside an organization’s existing team, dramatically reducing work volume and shifting the cost from Onshore or Offshore consultants to agentic workers.
“The Offshore model came about in the 2000s to reduce delivery costs through labor arbitrage. But there’s been little innovation in SAP delivery models other than a flirtation with agile since. Deshoring isn’t a geographic shift like offshoring, it’s moving expensive and labour-intensive SAP work to agents. Our analysis shows that a 50-60% saving on SI spend is possible using agentic delivery.”
Only 39% of eligible SAP ECC customers have completed their migration to S/4HANA, according to Gartner1, despite SAP setting an extended maintenance deadline of December 2030. Resulting IT attributes some the slow adoption rate to the economics of traditional SI delivery: high day rates, large consulting teams, and multi-year timescales that create a challenging business case dynamic for the C-suite.

ABAPBanZAI analyzes SAP custom code and reverse-engineers functional specifications for the thousands of customizations that SAP customers have built to adapt their ERP solutions. ABAPBanZAI is able to document customer code in an entire SAP ECC system in a matter of days.
