International expansion marks the next phase in building a global marketplace for experiential private aviation.

Volato Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) (the “Company”) today announced that Vaunt has successfully completed its first international member flight, marking the platform's expansion beyond the United States and establishing the foundation for future international growth.

The inaugural flight, completed on July 12, carried Vaunt members from Florida to The Bahamas through one of the platform's participating air carriers. The milestone demonstrates Vaunt's ability to support qualifying international flight opportunities while expanding the experiences available to members and the monetization opportunities available to operators.

"Every new destination makes the platform more valuable," said Mike Prachar, Chief Operating Officer of Volato. "Crossing international borders is much more than adding another route. It expands the universe of experiences available to our members while creating additional opportunities for operators to generate revenue from flights that historically produced little or no economic value."

Unlike traditional charter marketplaces that focus on booking individual trips, Vaunt transforms repositioning flights and other available aircraft capacity into a recurring subscription platform that benefits both travelers and operators. Each participating operator expands the variety of destinations, aircraft, and travel opportunities available to members, while each new member increases demand across the operator network.

International expansion significantly broadens that marketplace.

Popular destinations throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, and other nearby international markets frequently generate private aviation activity. As participating operators make qualifying flights available, Vaunt expects members will gain access to an expanding portfolio of unique international travel experiences through the platform.

The milestone builds on Vaunt's strong commercial momentum announced earlier this month, including approximately $4.7 million in annual recurring revenue, record quarterly cash sales, and more than 2,700 paid members as of June 30, 2026.

"This is another example of the platform becoming more valuable over time," Prachar added. "As more operators join, more destinations become available. As more destinations become available, the experience becomes more compelling for members. That flywheel is exactly what we set out to build."

Future international opportunities will depend on participating operator schedules, aircraft availability, customs and immigration requirements, and applicable regulatory approvals. Volato intends to continue working with qualified operators to expand the geographic reach of the Vaunt marketplace while maintaining a seamless member experience.
