The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC with respect to a data breach. On June 28, 2023, Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC learned that unauthorized activity was reported on certain internal IT systems. On September 14, 2023, Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC notified 15,600 affected individuals that their personal information may have been accessed or acquired by an unknown unauthorized person. Based on their preliminary investigation, an unknown party accessed those systems on June 28, 2023. According to Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC, the impacted information varies by individual, and may have included: names, dates of birth, social security numbers and information, lost wages and/or general medical information.
