Federman & Sherwood Investigates Over the Top Marketing (OTTM) for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Over the Top Marketing (OTTM), with respect to a data breach. On November 29, 2022, Over the Top Marketing (OTTM) learned that unauthorized activity was reported on certain internal IT systems. Based on their preliminary investigation, an unknown party accessed those systems on or before November 29, 2022, but didn’t notify customers until May 26, 2023. According to OTTM, the impacted information varies by individual, and may have included: first and last names; home address; email address; financial account information; state and federal government issued identification numbers such as driver license numbers, and social security numbers.
