Challenger Energy Group PLC (AIM:CEG, OTC:BSHPF) CEO Eytan Uliel speaks to Proactive's Thomas Warner after announcing talks with the Trinidad energy ministry (MEEI) over an exploration licence for the Guayaguayare block, which was recently awarded to subsidiary CGTL.
