Online poker site introduces new tournament and is guaranteeing more than 1,500 tickets to its Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms.
-- Americas Cardroom has launched Venom Fever, a major online poker satellite promotion offering more than 1,500 guaranteed tickets to the $15 Million Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms.
The promotion runs through August 30 and begins today with the first Venom Madness Satellite. The Dual Venoms start August 13 and represent the biggest pair of Venom poker tournaments in Americas Cardroom history.
The Venom series features two headline Mystery Bounty events. The No-Limit Hold’em has $12 Million Guaranteed, while the Pot-Limit Omaha has $3 Million Guaranteed. Each event has a $2,650 buy-in.
The Venom Madness Multi-Flight satellites give players a path into the series for just $16.50. Day 1 flights run throughout the week, with the top 15 percent advancing to Day 2 each Sunday at 4:05pm ET. Each Venom Madness Satellite guarantees 10 Venom seats.
Venom Fever also includes Beast Tournaments, Mega Satellites and Direct Satellites. Players can also pursue seats through Survivor Flips starting at 80 cents and Spin to Get In starting at 1 cent.
Mega Satellites begin July 18 with buy-ins from $55 to $630. These satellites offer qualification paths starting at $0 and guarantee between five and 40 Venom seats. Direct Satellites launch August 3 with $109 and $290 buy-ins, while weekly Sunday Beast Tournaments continue awarding between 20 and 30 seats. Players can earn free Beast entries through the weekly Beast and Sit & Crush leaderboards.
The Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms are part of Americas Cardroom’s 25th Anniversary celebration. The No-Limit Hold’em event includes a $500,000 top bounty, and the Pot-Limit Omaha event includes a $250,000 top bounty. Players who qualify through the eight Day 1 flights can combine their stacks for Day 2.
With Venom Fever now underway, Americas Cardroom is offering a wide range of online poker satellite options leading into its biggest Venom Series to date.
