Granite (NYSE: GVA) announced today that the GO3JV joint venture has been awarded a new task order under the Guam Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The project will construct key components of the Guam Defense System (GDS) Forward Operating Sites on Guam for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). The task order is valued at approximately $165 million and will be included in third quarter CAP.

The project includes site preparation, utility installation, facility construction, transportation improvements, and related infrastructure. These enhancements will support operational readiness and continuous mission requirements.

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026, with completion expected in late 2029.
