Local recognition honors the leaders’ vision, operational discipline and commitment to expanding access to interventional mental health care

Serenity Mental Health Centers, a national outpatient mental health clinic network, today announced that co-founders and chief executives Ben and Tricia Pease have been named 2026 Salt Lake City Titan 100 honorees. The annual program recognizes the region’s top 100 C-level executives based on exceptional leadership, vision and passion.

Ben and Tricia founded Serenity in 2017 following their family’s personal journey through grief and mental health challenges. What began as a single clinic is now a network of more than 35 clinics across eight states and a team of 850+ employees.
