Jones will oversee Digital.ai's global revenue growth strategy, including sales, customer success, sales engineering, business development, and revenue operations.

A multiple-time CRO, Jones brings more than 25 years of experience scaling enterprise commercial organizations across direct and indirect sales, business development, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy. He has a demonstrated track record of driving profitable and efficient growth in both public and private equity-backed, cloud-first software companies.

The appointment strengthens Digital.ai's go-to-market leadership and accelerates its AI-powered approach across the full customer journey, from pre-sales through post-sales, as the company scales its revenue engine across new customer acquisition, business development, expansion, and customer success.
