MBP Global LLP is pleased to announce that Jatinder Singh will join the firm as a Tax Partner, effective April 15, 2026. Her appointment further enhances the firm’s capabilities in delivering sophisticated tax solutions to clients navigating complex U.S. and international regulatory environments.

Jatinder brings extensive experience in U.S. inbound taxation, cross-border treaty planning, and the taxation of foreign entities, along with deep expertise in multi-state nexus and compliance matters. She has also worked closely with federal contractors on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance, providing strategic guidance on cost accounting and regulatory requirements.

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York, New Jersey, and South Dakota, Jatinder also holds CPA designations in Ontario and British Columbia, is a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and an Enrolled Agent (License Pending) with the Internal Revenue Service. Her global credentials and cross-border perspective align closely with MBP Global’s mission to serve clients operating across jurisdictions.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jatinder has been recognized for her leadership and community impact. She previously served on the Economic Advisory Board for New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy and was honored as a “Woman of Note” by the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Beyond her professional work, Jatinder is deeply engaged in her community. Born and raised in Punjab, India, she completed her education at Drexel University in Philadelphia as an A.J. Drexel Scholar. She currently resides in Medford, New Jersey, where she serves as a local committeewoman. She is also a dedicated mentor to college students pursuing careers in accounting and remains actively involved in community and nonprofit initiatives.
