Arnold will apply nearly three decades of experience to Kenco’s Automation Services offering

Kenco, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, announced Craig Arnold has joined the business’ Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Solutions division as Group Vice President, Automation Services. Craig Arnold will develop the internal capabilities and strategic approach to further scale the division’s automation consulting and implementation processes.

Across nearly three decades, Arnold has led large-scale service and engineering functions for both B2C and B2B brands. He most recently served as EVP, Global Customer Service Excellence at Swisslog, and prior to that managed service-related departments across the warehouse, parcel, Amazon and airport verticals as VP, Lifecycle Services at Vanderlande Industries.

Arnold began his career managing services teams in some of the U.K.’s fastest-paced organizations, leading a 100+ person engineering and maintenance team at Heathrow Airport and overseeing a regional team of service managers at grocery chain Tesco.
