• À La Carte Options: Mix and match holiday meats, homestyle sides, desserts, and beverages to build your perfect heat and serve spread
• Holiday Buffets: Designed for larger gatherings and full customization, this ready-to-eat option allows guests to choose from two pit-smoked meats or holiday proteins, paired with three sides, rolls and all the fixings
