McGraw Hill, Inc. (NYSE: MH) (“McGraw Hill” or the “Company”) today announced that it has further strengthened its balance sheet with a $50 million prepayment of principal under its outstanding term loan facility (the “Term Loan”).

Since its initial public offering in July of 2025, McGraw Hill has made principal prepayments under the Term Loan of $659 million. Over the same timeframe, aggregate principal prepayment totals $699 million, including paydown of the Term Loan and the Company’s Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029.

“The incremental paydown of our term loan represents another step in our ongoing effort to reduce leverage,” said Bob Sallmann, McGraw Hill’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “We continue to make meaningful progress in strengthening our balance sheet while maintaining the financial flexibility to invest in our growth priorities. This paydown reinforces our commitment to our 2-2.5x net leverage target.”
