Element Care Appoints Andrew Zamansky as New Chief Financial Officer

Element Care, a leading Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and managed care provider for Senior Care Options (SCO), is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Zamansky as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Andrew is a seasoned healthcare finance leader with more than 13 years of experience overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance across complex healthcare organizations.

Andrew joined Element Care from Martin’s Point Healthcare as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where he led a team of finance professionals responsible for enterprise-wide budgeting, billing operations, and financial planning. During his tenure, he helped strengthen the organization’s financial strategy, rebuilt core financial and planning infrastructure leading an ERP implementation, and introduced new reporting and revenue reconciliation processes that improved transparency, cash flow, and organizational efficiency.

Prior to Martin’s Point Healthcare, Andrew served in senior leadership roles at Molina Health’s Senior Whole Health, acting in the capacity of CFO for nearly two years. He guided the organization through acquisitions, multiple audits, and major performance improvement initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held influential roles within the finance division at Massachusetts General Hospital, supporting community health investments, hospital budgeting, grant management, and long-term planning.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew as our new CFO,” said Doug Thompson, Chief Executive Officer at Element Care. “His experience leading financial teams, strengthening financial infrastructure, and supporting mission driven healthcare organizations makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team. His expertise will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth and ensuring we can provide the best possible care to our participants.”

For more than 30 years, Element Care has provided the highest quality comprehensive healthcare to thousands of at-risk seniors. Currently, Element Care serves over 1,100 PACE participants and 1,850 SCO members across communities in Essex County, Merrimack Valley, and parts of Greater Boston. PACE is a federally funded health care program that offers a range of services including preventive, primary, acute and long-term care.

“I’ve spent more than a decade building financial infrastructure and leading teams through periods of growth, transformation, and operational improvement across Medicare, Medicaid, and community-based care organizations,” said Zamansky, CFO at Element Care. “Joining Element Care is a tremendous opportunity, and I’m eager to support a mission that truly makes a difference in seniors’ lives. I look forward to helping guide the organization’s financial growth as we continue expanding access to high quality, coordinated care.”

Andrew’s appointment underscores Element Care’s commitment to building a strong, forward-looking leadership team. His expertise will support the organization’s continued growth and ensure that seniors in Massachusetts continue to receive high quality, coordinated care.
