SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / October 29, 2026 / A combined 1,117 Day 2 qualifiers had been recorded across ACR Poker's three Halloween Special Mystery PKO tournaments by the morning of October 26, as the events approach the November 1 start of mystery bounty action. The series offers $650,000 in combined guarantees, with additional Day 1 flights scheduled throughout the final week.

The qualifying tally has grown from 367 reported on October 20. As of the October 26 update, the $109 event had 191 players through to Day 2, the $33 event had 171 and the $5.50 event had 755. The totals reflect individual event fields rather than distinct players across the tournaments and are subject to change as further flights conclude.

The $109 tournament carries a $500,000 guarantee, the $33 event offers $100,000 guaranteed and the $5.50 tournament guarantees $50,000. Starting flights began October 18 and continue daily through November 1. Players may enter multiple flights and combine eligible qualifying chip stacks for Day 2, subject to each event's conditions.

The qualifiers include ACR Pro Rob Kuhn in the $109 tournament and Jeff Boski in both the $33 and $5.50 events. Additional flights mean their eventual Day 2 chip positions are not yet final.

All three tournaments use Mystery PKO, a format exclusive to the Winning Poker Network. On eligible Day 2 eliminations, half of a revealed Mystery Bounty is paid immediately to the player making the knockout. The other half is added to that player's visible Progressive Bounty, creating a larger amount that other players can pursue.

If the eliminated opponent has accumulated a Progressive Bounty, that amount is likewise divided equally between an immediate payment and an addition to the eliminator's Progressive Bounty. Mystery amounts remain hidden until a qualifying knockout, while accumulated Progressive Bounties are visible to opponents.

No mystery or progressive bounty payments occur during Day 1. Every Day 2 entrant begins with $0 in accumulated Progressive Bounty, regardless of the number of qualifying stacks combined. Bounty values begin to increase only as eligible eliminations occur on November 1.

Players can review the remaining flights, Day 2 start times and qualification conditions through the official Halloween Special page and the tournament schedule. Participation and payouts are subject to applicable tournament rules.
