Founded by transformation coach, speaker, podcast host, and healthcare professional Megan Babcock, the nonprofit continues to expand access to coaching, educational resources, scholarships, and community programs designed to support individuals navigating trauma, burnout, unhealthy patterns, and major life transitions.
A Mission Focused on Lasting Transformation
Since its inception, It Is Your Story to Tell has centered its work on the belief that lasting transformation begins by understanding one's story while recognizing the ability to write the next chapter with purpose and intention.

The mission was inspired by Babcock's own journey following a 22 year career in healthcare and her experience as a survivor of domestic violence.
