Fourth Quarter 2022 Financial Highlights Were: Net revenues were $79.9 million, a decrease of 20.6% year-over-year; Gross profit was a loss of $2.9 million, or gross margin of -3.7% of net revenues; Net loss was $66.9 million, or $1.05 per common share.
