Abacus Global Management, Inc. The plans were originally established to provide a measured opportunity for personal liquidity and diversification for the three founders, none of whom had sold a significant amount of shares in the open market since the Company became publicly traded. Each founder independently determined that maintaining his current ownership position and alignment with shareholders outweighed the diversification objectives for which the plans were established. Even had the plans been completed, each founder would have remained among the Company’s largest individual shareholders.

While the founders are transitioning from their day-to-day operational responsibilities as part of the Company’s previously planned evolution, they remain deeply invested in Abacus’s future through their substantial equity ownership.
