Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Newtown, Pennsylvania, IT Assist is the largest TeamLogic IT franchisee providing managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offerings to small and mid-sized businesses. The Company was acquired by Salt Creek Capital in 2020 in partnership with CEO Pratik Roychoudhury and has since grown from eleven to twenty-three territories, serving a diversified customer base across industries including healthcare, life sciences, education, and manufacturing.
