Buzzard most recently commanded Security Assistance Group-Ukraine (SAG-U) and NATO Security Assistance and Training for Ukraine (NSATU), coordinating multinational support for Ukrainian forces. “We are excited to welcome General Buzzard to the board,” said Robert J.
