East Coast Warehouse & Distribution Names Eric Carlson Vice President of Business Development

East Coast Warehouse & Distribution, a leading temperature-controlled logistics provider to the food and beverage industry, announced today it has named Eric Carlson Vice President of Business Development for Safeway Logistics Solutions. In this role, Eric will be focused on developing new client relationships in support of the growth of our national logistics network.

Eric joins us from Saturn Freight Systems, where he served as a Station Owner of the Rochester, NY and Detroit, MI locations. Most recently, he has been responsible for sales, business development, recruiting, training and compliance. Eric brings over 15 years of business development experience in the port-to-door and door-to-port service arenas, along with an extensive network of industry relationships and over 10 years of operational experience. His experience and relationships have served clients in the freight forwarding, automotive, industrial, construction, chemical and tech industries.
