The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Sav-RX with respect to their recent data breach. On October 8, 2023, Sav-RX identified an interruption to its computer network. As a result, Sav-RX immediately took steps to secure its network and conduct an investigation. The investigation concluded that an unauthorized third party was able to access certain non-clinical systems and obtained filed that contained health information. The following information was compromised: individuals name, date of birth, Social Security number, email address, physical address, phone number, eligibility date, and insurance identification number.
