The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Americold Logistics, with respect to their recent data breach. On December 8, 2023, Americold Logistics informed individuals that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to Americold Logistics, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access on April 26, 2023. Americold Logistics determined that the information exposed in the data breach varies but includes: first and last name, Social Security number, and driver’s license or state identification.
