Sidus Space CEO, Carol Craig Chosen as Panelist for the Financial Times “Investing in Space” Summit on June 9, 2022 in London, England

Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIDU), a Space-as-a-Service satellite company focused on mission critical hardware manufacturing; multi-disciplinary engineering services; satellite design, production, launch planning, mission operations; and in-orbit support, is proud to announce that Sidus Space CEO and Founder Carol Craig has been chosen as a panelist for the Financial Times “Investing in Space” summit held on June 8-9 in London, England.

The panel, “Financing perspectives from Venture Capitalists and SMEs,” will be held in person and digitally on June 9 with a live webcast of the panel available at https://ftspace.live.ft.com/.

Peggy Hollinger, International Business Editor for the Financial Times, will moderate the panel while Tess Hatch, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, Stuart Martin, CEO of Satellite Applications Catapult, and Volodymyr Levykin, Founder of Skyrora, will join Craig on the panel. Hollinger will lead a discussion on the financial characteristics, value propositions, and disclosures investors look for from entrepreneurial companies.

The summit brings together government agencies, investors, and technology companies to explore how the commercial space business is maturing and the extent to which it provides fertile ground for sustainable investment. Leveraging the convening power of the Financial Times, and through expert moderation, the event will provide an update on the latest technology, insight on investment opportunities, and an analysis of the future of space as a new asset class.

Last December, Sidus Space listed its Class A common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market via an IPO making Carol Craig the first female owner-founder of a publicly traded space company serving government and commercial space industries.
