Maranon Announces Additions to Team

Maranon Capital, L.P. (“Maranon”) announced today the addition of five members to the team.

Lee Hansen joined the capital raise team as Vice President, Daniel Brangle and Muhil Saravana have joined the investment team as Analysts and Gonzalo Garcia and Benjamin Studer have joined the operations team as Loan Accountants.

Lee Hansen joins as Vice President and is primarily responsible for fundraising and investor relations. Prior to joining Maranon, Lee was a Senior Associate of Investor Relations at Muller & Monroe Asset Management. Lee's previous experience includes J.P. Morgan Institutional, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. Lee earned a B.S. in Education from Northern Illinois University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Daniel and Muhil are returning to Maranon after completing an internship with the firm in 2021. As Analysts, they are responsible for new investment underwriting and portfolio management.

Dan earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in History from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Muhil earned a B.S. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

As Loan Accountants, Gonzalo Garcia and Benjamin Studer are primarily responsible for cash processing, loan portfolio analysis and reporting.

Gonzalo was previously an associate banker at JP Morgan Chase. Gonzalo earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Prior to joining Maranon, Ben was a Loan Processing Specialist at JP Morgan Asset Management. Ben earned a B.A. in Finance from Illinois Wesleyan University.
