Certified Nature Based Counselor brings trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming and creativity-centered support to adults and adolescents

TAMPA, FL / ACCESS Newswire / September 1, 2026 / Bloom Integrated Health, home to Bionic Bloom and the Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute (NEI), today announced that St. Petersburg-based Sarah Jameson Albrecht, MS, has joined its growing team of therapy providers.

Albrecht is a Certified Nature Based Counselor who provides therapeutic support to adults and adolescents. Her work centers on advocacy, self-compassion, personal growth and the belief that every person deserves healthy community, belonging, beauty and a life aligned with purpose.

Her individualized approach may incorporate narrative therapy, values exploration, identity development, creative projects, journaling, therapeutic yoga and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Albrecht works collaboratively with clients to identify approaches that reflect their individual needs, identities and lived experiences.

Her clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care. Areas of focus include chronic stress, masking, invalidation, relational trauma and the challenges of navigating systems that were not designed with neurodivergent nervous systems in mind.

Albrecht also brings experience supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, boundaries, identity development, community reintegration and complex mental-health diagnoses.
