LONDON, May 18 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening up 43-47 points, or 0.8 percent, on Wednesday according to financial bookmakers, recovering after sharp falls in the previous session in tandem with strength overnight in Asia following a late rally from lows on Wall Street.
