Siam Legal International, an officially appointed General Sales and Services Agent for the Thailand Privilege Visa program, is highlighting the Early Bird Upgrade Promotion 2026 for eligible Thailand Elite Easy Access and Thailand Elite Family Excursion members. The promotion allows qualified legacy members to upgrade to Thailand Privilege Platinum or Diamond at reduced rates.
The promotion is available to existing Thailand Elite Easy Access and Thailand Elite Family Excursion members whose memberships expire from October 1, 2027 onward. Eligible members may upgrade to Platinum for 400,000 THB or Diamond for 1,000,000 THB, with both promotional rates inclusive of VAT. Compared with standard upgrade pricing, members can save 77,055 THB on a Platinum upgrade or 353,425 THB on a Diamond upgrade.
Applications must be submitted by August 31, 2026, and full payment must be completed by September 30, 2026. Members must also process the upgrade through the same channel used for their original Thailand Elite membership purchase. For members who originally applied through Siam Legal, Siam Legal’s Thailand Privilege team will be the authorized point of contact for the upgrade.

The key is confirming eligibility early, especially the membership type, expiry date, and original application channel.”
Thailand Elite Easy Access and Thailand Elite Family Excursion were 5-year legacy memberships. Under the Early Bird Upgrade Promotion 2026, Platinum adds 5 additional years from the current membership expiry date, bringing the member into the 10-year Thailand Privilege structure. Diamond adds 10 additional years from the current membership expiry date, bringing the member into the 15-year Thailand Privilege structure.
The upgraded Platinum or Diamond membership activates 10 calendar days before the current membership expires. This allows eligible members to transition into the new tier without interruption to their membership benefits, privileges, or immigration support.
Platinum membership includes 35 annual Thailand Privilege Points, while Diamond membership includes 55 annual Thailand Privilege Points. Both tiers provide long-term multiple-entry visa privileges, stays of up to one year per entry, fast-track immigration, airport assistance, and access to selected lifestyle benefits. Eligible family members may also be added as Next Members under Platinum and Diamond, subject to Thailand Privilege rules.
Siam Legal International assists qualified members with eligibility confirmation, upgrade requirements, document preparation, application coordination, follow-ups with Thailand Privilege, payment guidance, and transition support into the upgraded membership tier. The upgrade process can be handled in person or remotely.
The promotion is particularly relevant for legacy Thailand Elite Easy Access and Thailand Elite Family Excursion members who want to extend their long-term access to Thailand before their current membership expires.
