This calculator makes that math instant and removes the guesswork from the first call.
The tool reflects per-person square footage standards used in the event rental industry: approximately 12 square feet per guest at round tables, 10 square feet at banquet tables, and 6 square feet for standing cocktail or ceremony configurations. Capacity estimates adjust automatically when additional elements are selected.
The calculator also includes a reference chart showing how many guests each tent size accommodates across all four seating styles, giving planners a quick comparison even before they enter their numbers.
