New York, NY, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Five Iron Golf today announced Five Iron Studio, a new smaller-footprint franchise model designed to extend the Five Iron experience into markets and real estate opportunities that may not support a traditional Five Iron venue.
Five Iron Studio extends the company’s existing franchise model into a more flexible format. After nearly a decade of building and scaling Five Iron Golf, the company is applying its brand recognition, operating infrastructure, premium golf technology, hospitality expertise and design DNA to a 3,000- to 5,000-square-foot format built for 24/7 access.
Five Iron Studio locations will feature three to five semi-private simulator rooms powered by Trackman, maintaining the same performance standard golfers expect from Five Iron Golf in a more streamlined setting. With sliding doors that allow guests to shift between a private and more social experience, 24/7 access, contactless entry and grab-and-go food service, the format is designed for convenience without losing the golf experience at the core of the Five Iron brand.
What began as a single Five Iron location in New York City in 2017 has grown into a global golf and entertainment staple with more than 50 locations spanning 20+ states and seven countries.
Five Iron Studio reflects the next stage of that expansion, creating an additional path for franchise growth alongside the company’s traditional venues.The smaller format also gives Five Iron greater flexibility to enter markets that may not have the population density to support a traditional Five Iron venue.
