Las Vegas, US - August 18, 2026 - Geary Company Advertising, one of Nevada’s oldest advertising agencies, has welcomed two new employees to its team. Joaquin Gracida joins the agency as an account manager, and Shelby Little is a media planner and buyer.
Gracida brings more than 30 years of radio and television media sales experience to his work at Geary Company. Throughout his career, he has worked with businesses across a range of industries at the national, regional and local levels. His sales experience spans markets including San Diego, Kansas City, Albuquerque, Phoenix and Las Vegas.
Before entering media sales, Gracida was part of a morning show at KSON-FM in San Diego and worked with the business Directions in Radio as project director. He has also worked with every major news network throughout his career, as well as KUSI, an independent local news station in San Diego. After decades in media sales, Gracida transitioned to the agency side of the industry when he joined Geary Company.
Little brings more than 20 years of media experience, primarily in media planning. Based in Las Vegas, she has worked with multiple companies and developed expertise across traditional, digital and emerging media environments. In her role at Geary Company, she focuses on audience research, cross-team collaboration, campaign strategy, budget development, channel selection and negotiation.
Little also serves as a strategic research specialist, gathering and validating market insights to help drive multiplatform campaigns. Through market analysis and budget management, she identifies trends, oversees campaign spending and secures competitive rates.
