Expands the Company’s presence along the established I-85 corridor

Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, today announced the addition to its portfolio of a 230,530-square-foot industrial property along Atlanta’s Northeast I-85 corridor.

Located at 460 Horizon Drive in Suwanee, Georgia, the property is strongly positioned to serve customers seeking well-located industrial space in one of Atlanta’s most active distribution submarkets. It offers access to Interstate 85 and the broader transportation network that supports the Southeast region.

“Across our portfolio, we continue to prioritize investment opportunities that add scale in markets where strong fundamentals, durable customer demand and strategic connectivity support long-term value creation,” said Andrew Goodman, senior managing director, Investments, Link Logistics. “This addition reflects that approach and expands our presence in a key market where we have strong conviction.”

Link Logistics has a significant footprint in Atlanta, where it owns and operates nearly 250 industrial real estate properties totaling approximately 39 million square feet.

“Atlanta’s access to major interstates, Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and the Port of Savannah continues to support strong industrial demand across the market,” said Nicholas Brady, managing director, Investments, Link Logistics. “Adding 460 Horizon Drive brings well-located square footage to our Northeast Atlanta portfolio, strengthening our ability to serve customers across the region.”

The seller, a fund sponsored by High Street Logistics Properties, LLC (“High Street”), was represented by JLL in the transaction.
