CIM Group announced today that it has sold Kearny Mesa West Business Park, an approximately 212,000-square-foot, industrial complex in San Diego. Kearny Mesa West consists of 16 one-story buildings across 14.3 acres providing multi-tenant industrial and flexible office space.

CIM Group acquired the property in 2016 and has invested in active maintenance and capital improvements to retain the property’s appeal to modern users and its competitive market position.

Kearny Mesa West Business Park’s 16 buildings are designed with perimeter offices, connecting to rear warehouse space with at grade rollup doors and 15-foot average ceiling heights. The property provides a total of 75 loading docks and is served by 632 surface parking stalls. Spaces vary in size and configuration with some providing small offices and others primarily warehouse making it appealing to a variety of tenants.

Kearny Mesa West Business Park, constructed in 1979, is located at 7243-7330 Engineer Road, 7297-7370 Opportunity Road, and 7257-7343 Ronson Road, in San Diego. The property is well located within the Kearny Mesa district with access to the area’s major transportation corridors including Interstates 805 and 15 and Freeway 163; and Interstate 8 and State Route 52.
