The acquisition deepens Acture’s core capabilities, increases market density, and advances the Company’s strategy of building a specialized MSP in highly regulated industries.

Founded in 1991, Digital Back Office is a Connecticut-based managed services provider and internet service provider serving K-12 municipalities, schools, and commercial clients across the Northeast. The Company delivers mission-critical network infrastructure and connectivity solutions, including managed wide-area network ("WAN") services, broadband access, cybersecurity, network design, monitoring, and IT support. It provides end-to-end network management by combining leased fiber connectivity, internet access, and managed security solutions into a comprehensive service offering.
